CCoI Takes on the Everest Sugarloaf Challenge

One Team. One Goal. One Summit. 

On Sunday, 27th September 2026, colleagues from across Camphill Communities of Ireland will come together at The Great Sugar Loaf, County Wicklow, to take on our very own Everest Sugarloaf Challenge. 

Inspired by the incredible 8,849-metre height of Mount Everest, the challenge is about much more than reaching the summit. It is an opportunity for colleagues from across CCoI to come together as one team, get outdoors, support one another and raise much-needed funds for Camphill Communities of Ireland. 

With the challenge beginning at 12:00 noon, Team CCoI will take to the Sugar Loaf under the banner: 

“One Team. One Goal. One Summit.” 

We are now asking our friends, families, communities and supporters to get behind the team and help make the challenge a fundraising success. 

Every donation — big or small — will make a difference, and sharing our fundraising page with friends, family and across social media will help us spread the word even further.
